The Villa Brasserie is all about good quality local and seasonal produce.. We like to think of the Meditteranean as our playground of produce from wild mushrooms in autumn from our neighbours in Italy to Wild Asparagus growing in Gozo in Spring. Our influences in our food also range from all the Meditteranean incorporating mixes from our North African neighbours to Greek ways of cooking. For these reasons our Menu Changes every 3 months making it more exciting for our guests and chefs as well as keeping everything orignal, fresh and relevant
